Head of Human Resources
Location: Abu Dhabi (preferred) / Dubai
A global crypto exchange is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy and HR operations across multiple regions. The role reports directly to the founder and will play a key role in supporting the company's continued global growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the global HR and administration function across multiple offices.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to trading, product, technology, and corporate teams.
- Oversee talent management, performance management, organizational planning, and HR policies.
- Manage and develop a global HR and administrative team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
- Prior experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or fast-paced technology environments.
- Good understanding of business operations and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Fluent Mandarin and English required.
- Experience managing distributed or international HR teams.
