Job Summary
The Head of HR is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and building a high-performance culture. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and growth plans.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Establish and oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and government regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
- Lead HR audits, HRMS implementation, and process automation.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Masters degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
- 1015+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing multi-functional HR teams.
