Head of Human Resources Services (Qatari)

We are looking for an experienced Headof HR Services to lead the delivery of key HR operational services, ensuring an efficient and high-quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits and employee administration.
• Manage HR systems, employee records, attendance and leave.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, policies and HR procedures.
• Lead and develop the HR Services team.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, with 10+ years of HR operations experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
