About the role

  • As Head of Human Resources, you will define and lead the group-wide human capital strategy across Yas Holding Aviation and its portfolio companies.
  • You will operate as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, with accountability for culture, leadership, talent, and organizational effectiveness in a complex, multi-entity environment.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute the Human Capital strategy aligned with business objectives, national workforce priorities, and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, and executive talent management across the group.
  • Drive organizational design, operating model evolution, and change management initiatives.
  • Establish and govern HR policies, frameworks, and compliance in line with UAE labor law and corporate governance standards.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and employee engagement at scale.
  • Lead HR integration for new ventures, mergers, or organizational restructuring.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR leadership team with strong business-partnering capability.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, including executive / C-suite leadership roles in large, complex organizations.
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy within regulated, mission-critical sectors such as aviation, aerospace, defense, telecom, or infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise Boards and Executive Committees on people, culture, and organizational matters.
  • Strong track record in organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent strategy.
  • Experience operating within group or holding-company structures preferred.
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor regulations and national workforce development priorities.
