A leading consultancy group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an accomplished senior executive to oversee and expand its joint venture portfolio and drive future investment opportunities across high-growth sectors in the Kingdom.

What this role owns:

Steering the growth and profitability of multiple established joint ventures.

Representing shareholders in board meetings, evaluating performance, and guiding strategic decisions.

Identifying, researching, and developing new JV and investment opportunities aligned with priorities and emerging market needs.

Nurturing high-level relationships with international partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Ensuring strategic alignment, collaboration, and operational excellence across diverse ventures.

Serving as a visible ambassador at industry events, panels, and conferences.

Who fits this role:

25+ years of leadership experience within engineering, consultancy, project management, services, or related sectors.

Demonstrated success driving revenue and profit growth across complex businesses.

Strong business and financial acumen, with comfort operating at board and executive committee levels.

Experience working with Saudi clients or in KSA-based leadership roles is a strong advantage.

A relationship-oriented leader with excellent communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify gaps, build new ventures, and navigate evolving market landscapes.

Deep understanding of global dynamics shaping the future of Saudi Arabia's engineering and services sectors.
