Job Description:

Manage and oversee the entire investment portfolio, ensuring optimal asset allocation, performance, and risk management across multiple asset classes and geographies.

Direct strategic investment decisions, including setting asset allocation strategies (both strategic and tactical), portfolio diversification, and cash flow forecasting to meet company financial objectives.

Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of portfolio performance, including the performance of external investment managers and internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate investment committee meetings, providing in-depth financial analysis and presentations for senior management and the board of directors, with a focus on investment performance, asset-liability management and market trends.

Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of a centralized investment database, ensuring accurate and timely access to information for decision-making and reporting.

Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies, supporting the company's long-term growth while mitigating risk through detailed economic and financial analysis.

Conduct and oversee due diligence of potential investments, managing external relationships with analysts, financial institutions, and auditors to ensure the integrity and alignment of the investment strategy.

Oversee risk analysis and stress testing of the portfolio, ensuring that all investment activities align with the company's solvency and profitability goals.

Ensure comprehensive regulatory reporting and liaise with external auditors to validate investment practices, while continuously improving internal control processes.
