Role Description The Head of Investment is a contract role responsible for leading YooKatale's investment strategy and portfolio management to support sustainable growth and expansion. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and developing short- and long-term investment strategies aligned with YooKatale's mission and business objectives. The role involves managing relationships with investors and financial partners, preparing investment proposals and reports, and advising senior leadership on capital allocation, risk management, and funding structures. The Head of Investment will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain transparent communication on investment performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Investment Management and Investments, including portfolio oversight, deal evaluation, and capital allocation.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Strategies and Finance to design, implement, and optimize data-driven investment plans.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage investors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess proven experience in leadership roles within investment, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, ideally in emerging markets or technology-enabled businesses.
• Candidates should possess a strong educational background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrate high ethical standards, and adapt to a fast-changing, customer-centric organization.
