Partner / Head of Capital Formation - AI-Focused Venture Platform
A newly structured AI-focused investment platform is launching a new Fund and is seeking a senior capital formation leader to drive the next phase of growth.
The platform is differentiated by proprietary AI-enabled diligence infrastructure and an embedded value creation layer, with a focused investment thesis centre on companies enabling the shift from human-managed workflows to autonomous AI execution.
The Mandate
- Lead capital formation for the Fund
- Build and execute a global LP strategy (institutional, sovereign, family office and tech LPs)
- Shape long-term investor relations architecture
- Contribute strategically to future funds roadmap
Investment Focus
- Series A / Series B and growth-stage opportunities
- Applied AI, agentic AI systems, enterprise automation, data-driven execution platforms
- Cross-border orientation with global LP flexibility
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated track record raising capital for VC, growth, or alternative investment funds
- Credible access to sophisticated LP capital (institutional, sovereign, family office or global tech networks)
- Strong understanding of deep tech / AI (must be able to articulate thesis beyond surface level)
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable operating in a build phase
- High ownership, low ego, execution-oriented
