Head of IT Administration – Dubai (Global Operations)

We are currently hiring a Head of IT Administration for a rapidly scaling, AI-native technology company based in Dubai.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a global IT function from the ground up, supporting operations across the UAE, Europe, and Asia in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

The Role

Reporting to the COO, you will own the full internal IT landscape, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and global IT operations.

You will be responsible for designing and scaling a secure, high-performance IT environment while embedding AI-driven automation and intelligence into day-to-day IT operations.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles

• Proven experience managing global, multi-location IT environments

• Deep expertise in Google Workspace and Slack (enterprise level)

• Strong background in cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM) and cloud infrastructure

• Track record of building and scaling IT functions in high-growth or tech environments

• Interest or experience in AI-powered IT operations and automation
