About the Role:
A leading diversified international group with interests across construction, real estate development, hospitality, energy, private equity, and related sectors is seeking an experienced Head of IT & Digital Transformation to lead the group's technology vision and transformation agenda.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the group's IT roadmap, strengthening technology capabilities across multiple business units and geographies, enhancing cybersecurity maturity, and driving digital innovation to support business growth.
The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership to build a scalable, secure, and future-ready technology ecosystem across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units and locations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, networks, and technology operations.
- Establish strong cybersecurity frameworks, governance standards, and risk management practices.
- Drive optimization of ERP, CRM, document management, business intelligence, and digital workplace platforms.
- Identify and implement opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Support adoption of digital construction technologies including BIM, smart construction solutions, IoT, and project technology platforms.
- Manage technology budgets, vendors, strategic partners, and service delivery performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams across different locations.
- Act as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership.
Candidate Profile
- 15 years of progressive IT experience with significant experience in technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology operations.
- Experience managing IT environments across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or international locations.
- Strong exposure to cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing teams, technology budgets, vendors, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and business leaders
