Head of Laboratory Experience in Sulphonation industry from 9 to 11 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the laboratory team.
- Ensure accurate testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Establish and maintain laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance of LABSA and SLES products with specifications.
- Investigate quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting quality issues.
- Develop laboratory team skills and improve laboratory performance.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sulphonation industry.
- Strong practical experience in LABSA 96% and SLES 70% quality control specially SLES 70%.
- Previous experience managing laboratory teams.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis methods and industrial quality systems.
- Experience with ISO / quality management systems is preferred.
- Preferably at least 2 years of management experience (preferred but not required).
