Job Description

Position Summary: The Head of Launch and Growth at iPay is responsible for developing the growth strategy for iPay Ventures, leading the design, development, and implementation of new initiatives, and handling the go-to-market leveraging our product portfolio to fulfil our customers requirements, while leveraging the company internally capabilities to maximize synergies between the entities. The head of launch is responsible of managing the partners, the initiatives budgets and the resource planning until the go-live. Post launch, he/she is required to monitor project performance, and optimize uptake to reach the set objectives during the first phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the growth plan for iPay ventures, including Strategy, Go-to-market plan to achieve the strategy and sequent annual targets, Operating plan to deliver it, and associated success metrics (Sales, Operational KPIs, Market Share).
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and expansion opportunities to accelerate business growth.
  • Develop and implement plans for new services, and initiatives including concept, Key Objectives, target markets and business case with revenue forecast in alignment with the GM.

For each project or initiative, define project scope, timelines, budget and milestones, and establish project management frameworks to ensure smooth execution and risk mitigation.

  • Leverage existing capabilities to create synergies and coordinate with cross-functional teams and operations to ensure alignment on launch plans, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure launch outcomes and overall growth performance.
  • Monitor project performance, address challenges proactively, and adjust plans as needed to meet launch objectives.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of product launches across multiple marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and events.
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, analyze performance results, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Review customer feedback, market dynamics, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product or service enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to executive management on launch progress, performance indicators, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to develop new initiatives and identify potential new growth streams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy deals pipeline to deliver on annual targets, and ensure all relevant details logged into the CRM

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product launch, commercial, growth strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
