Job Description

  1. Develop and implement the company's legal and compliance strategy across multiple countries and operating regions, ensuring consistent legal governance and regulatory alignment.
  2. Ensure the organization operates in full compliance with UAE laws, host-country regulations, and government agency requirements across all jurisdictions where the company operates.
  3. Advise the CEO and executive leadership on legal risk exposure, cross-border regulatory implications, and strategic decisions affecting multi-country operations.
  4. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and government agreements related to visa outsourcing, travel services, partnerships, procurement, lease agreements, and vendor engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
  5. Ensure government contracts, service agreements, and SLAs comply with applicable regulatory standards and industry requirements in all operating regions.
  6. Maintain and update standard contract templates, legal policies, and governance frameworks that can be applied across multiple countries.
  7. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration rules, data protection regulations, and country-specific legal requirements in each operating market.
  8. Oversee internal compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and legal risk assessments across all company entities and operating locations.
  9. Liaise with embassies, consulates, regulatory bodies, and government authorities across different countries to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
  10. Lead and manage dispute resolution processes, investigations, and litigation matters, including those involving cross-border legal issues.
  11. Coordinate with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions to ensure cost-effective and efficient legal representation.
  12. Oversee responses to legal notices, regulatory inquiries, and compliance matters across all regions of operation.
  13. Identify legal risks in visa center operations, client contracts, customer services, biometric processing, and data handling activities across multiple countries.
  14. Implement legal risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to minimize exposure and ensure regulatory compliance.
  15. Support business continuity planning and operational compliance across the organization's international operations.
  16. Support board meetings, resolutions, corporate filings, and company secretarial functions across multiple corporate entities and jurisdictions.
  17. Ensure all corporate entities maintain valid licenses, statutory documentation, and corporate governance standards in each country of operation.
  18. Provide legal advisory support to HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial departments on multi-country regulatory matters.
  19. Support employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination cases in line with applicable labour laws across jurisdictions.
  20. Conduct legal and compliance training programs on confidentiality, data privacy, customer handling, and anti-corruption standards.
  21. Promote a culture of ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and legal awareness across the organization's global operations.
