An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior lawyer to lead the legal function for a fast growing international business across India, the Middle East and Africa. This strategic leadership role will oversee regional legal operations, manage a team of lawyers, and partner closely with executive stakeholders to support commercial growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves advising on complex commercial agreements, development and franchise arrangements, regulatory matters, governance and disputes, while coordinating legal support across a diverse regional portfolio. You will also oversee external counsel, develop legal processes and frameworks, and contribute to regional leadership discussions.

Candidates will typically bring 10+ years PQE, strong cross border commercial experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a multinational environment. Experience working across emerging markets and multi jurisdictional legal frameworks will be highly advantageous.
