Description

* Oversee all UAE legal operations, including labour law, corporate governance, trade licensing, and regulatory compliance.

* Provide legal support on procurement, contract drafting and review, and vendor agreements.

* Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, policy development, and strategic initiatives.

* Lead and mentor a team while aligning legal priorities with business objectives.

* Deliver executive-level presentations and policy papers with refined and polished communication.

* Qualified solicitor or legal professional with a strong academic background.
