Purpose of the role:

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This role oversees all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, communications, and market research, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Head of Marketing plays a critical role in positioning the company competitively in the market, strengthening brand equity, and delivering impactful campaigns that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, business goals, and growth targets.
  • Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline activations.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous development, and strong collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing online presence, customer experience, and performance marketing outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing impact.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Lead innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging data, technology, and creative strategies to stay ahead of market trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1215 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Strong experience in both traditional and digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and brand management.
  • Experience in the F&B, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
