Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead Marketing and Communications Department, including strategic objectives, Business target, Marketing Offerings and translate them into an operational delivery plan to achieve the function goals, overall Business Solutions / TBS business objectives and operational efficiency as the organization grows. Manage and drive the development and implementation of the annual and monthly marketing plans, marketing activities, in addition communication, event, branding, media and market research opportunities in order to develop and increase the TBS marcom portfolio, increase brand exposure to achieve new projects and opportunities across the market and successfully translate TBS strategy into Marketing and Communications services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage client accounts, by providing marketing consultations including strategies, planning, creative materials, campaigns concept to execution and attend client meeting as required.
  • Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of Marketing and Communications related projects and priorities, as allocated.
  • Understanding the products and services offered by the company to enhance the marcom portfolio to expand the services for existing and potential clients. also working in collaboration with the Bidding & Sales team members to expand the marcom portfolio, and achieve targeted revenues.
  • Develop communications plans including strategy, goals, budget and tactics for client purposes to achieve the expansion plan.
  • Managing brand development and marketing, Stakeholder development, public affairs, and media handling. In addition, creating and managing the MarCom budgets and business objectives.
  • Leading the implementation and monitoring projects or directing a communication project with different stakeholders while taking clients as an audience-first approach.
  • Direct and lead brainstorming sessions, workshops and the development and testing of new marketing strategies in order to improve TBS new market opportunities.
  • Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with client's brand standards, and ensure all materials matching the client's requirements and satisfactions.
  • Build internal capabilities related to the marketing department including people process technology.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field.
  • 15 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or any similar function, 4 years at least in leadership role.
  • Experience in Marketing Agencies or Consulting Firm is preferred.
  • Fluent English & Arabic.
