Head of Marketing
Salary: Up to AED 35,000 per month
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing with experience working in a service lead industry to lead and drive our marketing efforts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. This pivotal role will focus on lead generation, branding, and awareness campaigns in key markets, with a strong emphasis on innovative content marketing and video strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the UAE, Saudi, and Qatar markets.
- Leverage a blend of lead generation, content marketing, video campaigns, and branding to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a balance between short-term performance marketing goals and long-term brand-building initiatives.
- Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across the UAE, Saudi, and Qatar regions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and support pipeline growth.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the development of compelling, localized content to engage target audiences.
- Lead branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence and reputation in competitive markets.
- Pioneer innovative marketing ideas to distinguish the company in the services industry.
- Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, providing clarity and direction.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring accountability and demonstrating impact.

The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of atleast 5 years in a B2B marketing management role within the services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to scale lead generation and branding efforts in high-growth markets.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and video production strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior management.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
