JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing and communication strategies that promote the Group, Subsidiaries, products and services via multiple marketing & communication channels including coordinating, planning and managing marketing budget, marketing campaigns and research growth opportunities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Define and manage the AIG brand (in-house, corporate, and regional) in line with AIG's business strategy, mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
2. Conduct customer and market research for all subsidiaries to define potential target markets and opportunities and to better understand how AIG's products and services are perceived in the market.
3. Plan, execute and analyze non- digital and digital marketing campaigns, including store marketing, B2B, E-commerce, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and outdoor advertising.
4. Produce all internal communications across AIG and its subsidiaries.
5. Maintain social media presence and community development across all digital channels.
6. Develop and keep marketing guidelines up-to-date and produce marketing and promotional materials that describe AIG's core products and service offerings.
7. Track the performance of marketing strategies and make necessary amendments when and where required.
8. Monitor market and competitor activities and create a periodical update on market developments.
9. Collaborate with the E-Commerce department and support them in creating and keeping web and e-commerce creative content up to date while also providing support on search engine optimization, search engine marketing, promotions, and campaigns.
10. Preparing detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials.
11. Strategize and collaborate with the Sales Department to develop a go-to market strategy for existing products and services.
12. Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.

14. Develop, implement, and update the Crisis Communication plan for AIG and serve as a media liaison by acting as a spokesperson on behalf of AIG or guiding AIG executives when responding to media queries in case of crisis, or otherwise.
15. Prepare, monitor, and revise the annual marketing budget to ensure the implementation of all the marketing plans and activities.
16. Direct the development and execution of digital marketing strategies based on market research.
17. Select, manage, and monitor the performance of the agencies and vendors who produce marketing materials and or/provide marketing support to AIG including but not limited to advertising agencies, printing vendors, PR agencies, Web providers, etc.
18. Conduct, monitor and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote AIG's products and services.
19. Managing and developing a team of Digital marketing executives, Content developers, Web developers, B2B marketing executives and Graphic/web designers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in Marketing / Communications or relevant experience.
2. 8-10 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications, of which three to five years of experience are in a senior level position managing a marketing area Must have a pulse on the latest B2B trends, competitors, and major market players.
3. Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
4. Valid UAE driving license.
