Head of Marketing

ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing functions for our client based in Dubai. The role involves driving brand strategy, planning and executing campaigns, and managing a team to deliver results across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing strategy and campaigns across corporate and product levels.

Manage branding, PR, digital, and content marketing efforts.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Oversee and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in marketing leadership, ideally in events, media, or B2B sectors.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and digital strategy.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and networking skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative approach.

Salary is up to 35K AED.
