Head of Marketing

ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing functions for our client based in Dubai. The role involves driving brand strategy, planning and executing campaigns, and managing a team to deliver results across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategy and campaigns across corporate and product levels.

• Manage branding, PR, digital, and content marketing efforts.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

• Oversee and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in marketing leadership, ideally in events, media, or B2B sectors.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and digital strategy.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and networking skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative approach.

Salary is up to 35K AED.
