EgyCham is hiring a Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry.
Role Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Identify winning messaging and creatives, and scale what drives performance
- Build and manage a continuous testing process for ads, content, and campaigns
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing marketing assets
- Create or directly guide content (ads, short-form video, etc....) when needed
- Experiment with new growth channels and identify salable opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Marketing, at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Hands-on experience in content-driven growth, including planning, creating, and optimizing high-performing ad creatives (static, video, short-form)
- Experience briefing, producing, or directly creating content for social media and paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track performance and drive decision-making.
- Strong Project Management skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
