Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG company with a strong portfolio of multinational consumer brands. They are seeking to hire a Regional Marketing Director / Head of Marketing to lead and transform the overall marketing agenda across brands, categories, and markets. Based in Dubai, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity, optimizing marketing ROI, and ensuring full alignment with principal brand strategies, while leading a team of Brand Managers across the portfolio.

This opportunity is particularly exciting for a commercially minded marketing leader who can combine strategic brand building with trade execution, distributor market complexity, and measurable business growth across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall regional marketing strategy across brands, markets, and channels (including modern trade, traditional trade, pharmacies and ecommerce)
  • Drive long-term brand positioning, category growth, and portfolio expansion
  • Lead annual A&P planning, budgeting, and investment allocation
  • Oversee ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing, and market execution strategies
  • Ensure pricing, promotions, and category initiatives translate into measurable commercial growth
  • Lead principal relationships, joint business planning, and strategic brand reviews
  • Drive product launches, innovation pipelines, and portfolio optimization
  • Establish strong KPI frameworks covering ROI, brand health, and performance analytics
  • Strengthen route-to-market and go-to-market effectiveness across operating markets
  • Lead and develop the regional marketing function, building capability and succession

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of FMCG marketing experience
  • 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles in FMCG
  • Multi-country or regional marketing leadership exposure preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability through marketing
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing brand portfolios, trade marketing, and principal relationships
  • Strategic leadership combined with operational execution excellence
