Our FinTech client is seeking an accomplished senior marketing leader to drive brand evolution, performance growth, and international scaling. This is a strategic, high-impact position within a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Define and continuously refine the organisation's brand strategy across MENA and emerging global markets.
- Oversee performance marketing to accelerate customer acquisition and optimise the full funnel, including CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring clear, compelling messaging for target investor personas.
Marketing & Communications Leadership
- Lead PR, communications, influencer, and affiliate programmes to bolster awareness, credibility, and trust.
- Drive offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, activations, and OOH campaigns.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets, developers, and relevant lifestyle or financial brands.
Creative & Content Direction
- Set the creative vision for content, social media, and brand communications, ensuring consistency and localisation across markets.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and CX teams to ensure marketing strategies support broader business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning brand, performance, content, and design.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee marketing budgets, define OKRs, and ensure maximum ROI across all programs and initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within high-growth startups (ideally fintech or proptech).
- Demonstrated success scaling companies from early-stage to growth/scale-up phases.
- Strong capability in both brand storytelling and multi-channel performance marketing.
- Experience launching and expanding brands across MENA and international markets, with strong cultural insight.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and attribution modelling.
- Understanding of investor audiences, real estate, or fintech is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level influence.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
