Head of Marketing (Hands-On, Digital & Growth)

We are a platform that improves how businesses show up across AI search ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative search interfaces. Our product sits at the intersection of AI, data, and discovery, and we are building it fast.

We are a small, fast-growing team. This is not a typical 95 role. The pace is high, ownership is real, and the work is demanding. If you want to build, test, and execute, not just manage, this role is for you.

We're looking for a Head of Marketing (10+ years experience) who will personally run and execute marketing in the early stages. This is a hands-on execution role: you will manage socials, ads, campaigns, tools, and dashboards yourself.

What You'll Do (Hands-On)

  • Personally manage social media (posting, messaging, positioning, engagement).
  • Personally run paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, X, etc.).
  • Write and ship website copy, landing pages, emails, and campaigns yourself.
  • Own SEO and content execution, not just strategy.
  • Build and manage funnels, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Test channels, creatives, and messaging weekly; double down fast on what works.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to align marketing with releases.
  • Set the foundation for scaling the marketing function later.

How We Work

This role is execution-first. You will be in the tools every day- ad managers, analytics, social platforms, CMSs.

There is no large team, no agencies to hide behind, and no slow approval loops.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
  • Proven experience running paid ads, socials, and campaigns yourself.
  • Strong SEO, content, and analytics background.
  • Comfortable marketing technical, AI-driven, or B2B products.
  • Highly autonomous, data-driven, and outcome-focused.
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments is a strong plus.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or AI-based platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
