Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing market research, planning marketing activities, and overseeing sales and public relations. Your day-to-day tasks will include leading the marketing team, collaborating with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Strong Digtial marketing / performance marketing experience
• Skills in conducting Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in Public Relations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong data analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Digital Marketing
• Experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry is a plus
• Arabic is a plus
• ECommerce experience is a must
