Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, enhance market visibility, and support business growth across civil, infrastructure, and luxury residential projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine creativity with commercial acumen, ensuring marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives and resonate with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Position the company as a trusted leader in civil, infrastructure, and luxury residential projects.
- Lead brand development, corporate communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
Market Development & Client Engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Design campaigns that highlight the company's expertise in delivering large-scale projects.
- Strengthen client engagement through targeted marketing programs and events.
Digital & Traditional Marketing Execution
- Oversee digital platforms, social media, and content marketing to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage advertising, PR, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure marketing activities comply with UAE regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Manage marketing budgets with financial discipline and transparency.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for marketing professionals.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles within contracting, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong expertise in brand management, corporate communications, and digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in civil, infrastructure, and luxury residential projects.
- Exceptional communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with a focus on financial discipline and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
