Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for a luxury brand. This role requires a visionary leader with deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand positioning, and high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand equity, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and luxury brand standards.
- Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and market differentiation to maintain exclusivity and prestige.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including e-commerce, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement.
Customer Experience & CRM:
- Design personalized marketing programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Leverage data analytics to understand customer insights and refine marketing strategies.
- Introduce VIP client programs and exclusive benefits to strengthen relationships with high-net-worth customers.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and AI-driven insights to predict customer behavior and optimize engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate satisfaction and brand advocacy.
Public Relations & Communications:
- Develop and execute a robust PR strategy to position the brand as a leader in luxury segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, luxury publications, and lifestyle journalists.
- Manage PR agencies and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Secure high-profile coverage in international and regional luxury magazines, digital platforms, and influencer networks.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and ensure brand reputation management.
- Organize press events, product launches, and exclusive media previews to generate buzz.
- Cultivate partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and opinion leaders to amplify brand visibility.
Events & Brand Activations:
- Plan and execute luxury events, fashion shows, and VIP experiences to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with global luxury forums and sponsorship opportunities for brand positioning.
Budget & Team Management:
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in luxury retail or premium brands.
- Proven track record in brand building, PR strategy, and media relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
