Responsibilities
1. Brand Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on the local market, including industry trends, competitor landscape, consumer behavior, and needs.
- Collect and analyze market data, regularly assess market dynamics, and provide accurate insights to support the formulation of marketing strategies.
2. Brand Building & Promotion
- Develop brand promotion strategies for the designated region to enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation in that area.
- Responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand image.
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities, such as online and offline advertising, PR events, sponsorship activities, etc.
- Responsible for internal and external brand collaborations, as well as integrating resources related to branding, planning, and media within the market.
3. Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans based on target markets, customer segments, and marketing channels.
- Formulate business policies, incentive policies, and performance evaluation mechanisms for branding and marketing.
- Coordinate closely with other internal departments to facilitate the execution of strategies and plans.
- Monitor the implementation of marketing activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive industry, with a minimum of 8 years in automotive marketing within the relevant market; proven track record of successful brand promotion and marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in English; familiar with marketing channels and promotion methods in the relevant market.
- Strong capabilities in market analysis, planning, and execution, with the ability to independently formulate marketing strategies and plans.
- Excellent team management and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a team to achieve marketing goals.
- Innovative and pioneering spirit, with the ability to continuously explore new market opportunities and marketing approaches.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- AI-aware, with proficiency in using AI tools preferred.
- Willing to accept frequent business travel or base location in the local market.
