Join the team at Messe Frankfurt Middle East as Head of Marketing for our Mobility & Logistics portfolio, where you'll lead strategic, insight-driven marketing initiatives that drive growth, enhance audience engagement, and strengthen the positioning of our events across the region.

This role is pivotal in shaping the success and future direction of the Mobility & Logistics portfolio. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy, working closely with the Portfolio Director and Show Directors to deliver high-impact, data-led campaigns. From visitor acquisition to exhibitor engagement, you'll ensure each event is positioned as a market-leading platform within its sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy for the Mobility & Logistics portfolio, overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of all campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Partner closely with the Portfolio Director and Show Directors to develop and deliver integrated, insight-driven marketing strategies that drive visitor growth, exhibitor engagement, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the visitor and exhibitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Utilise data, segmentation, and the Marketing Persona Programme to deliver highly targeted and effective campaigns
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and consistent brand execution
  • Ensure all marketing collateral meets the highest quality standards and aligns with Messe Frankfurt's corporate guidelines
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimising strategies based on insights and results
  • Engage directly with key clients and partners, supporting commercial objectives including sponsorship and long-term partnerships

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 6+ years experience in marketing, ideally within the exhibitions or events industry
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across senior leadership and external partners
  • Strong understanding of data, segmentation, persona development, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing agencies and delivering high-quality, impactful campaigns
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
