Role Description
The Head of Marketing will be in charge of establishing the organization's brand image through its products or services, as well as product advertising placement. Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to enhance the brand image while achieving targets and maintaining quality in the sales process. The role will also include overseeing market research, marketing communications, branding, public relations, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
Responsibilities :
Develop a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy, encompassing the establishment of brand guidelines, vision, and value proposition for both short and long-term objectives.
Strategize and execute all communication and media initiatives across various channels, including online, offline and all social media platforms.
Support product development, pricing, launch of new products while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and formulate plans and approaches for effective brand management.
Ensure alignment of these plans with the company's overarching marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Create and oversee the production of content, such as press releases, artwork, digital media campaigns.
Foster and expand the brand's affiliations and partnerships with other corporations.
Regularly review and monitor the implementation of all marketing plans, and assessing the achieved results.
Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs for the department, achieving profit targets, meet timelines and manage budgets.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy and create the budget for the given brand, including advertising and promotional campaigns .
Analyze sales forecasts, financials, and report on product sales.
Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and define customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach.
Monitor market trends, consumer markets and analyze competitors activities, customer insights and reactions.
Stay updated on developments in the automotive Egyptian market.
Maintain communication with vendors and distributors to gather valuable input on product design and implementation improvements.
Prepare analytical reports to support decision-making regarding brand management strategy.
