Role Description The Head of Marketing – Russian Speaker at Plekhanov University Dubai is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for leading the university's marketing strategy, coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging in Russian and English. Day-to-day activities include developing marketing plans for student recruitment, overseeing market research and analysis, managing relationships with agencies and media partners, and supervising the marketing team's performance. The role also involves planning promotional events, collaborating with academic and admissions teams to support enrollment targets, and monitoring campaign effectiveness against key performance indicators. The Head of Marketing provides strategic guidance, prepares regular reports for senior leadership, and ensures all marketing activities comply with institutional policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Management and Market Planning, including the ability to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong background in Market Research, with experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Sales and Public Relations, with the ability to build partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the university in external communications.
- Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams, projects, and budgets, ideally within higher education or a service-driven organization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and branding strategies relevant to international education markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a graduate degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
