Job Description:
The Marketing Strategy Lead will be responsible for translating the strategic vision into a comprehensive campaign and full-funnel plan. They will maintain a 360 view of the customer journey (impact, interaction, conversion, sales funnel, and LTV), ensuring coherence and coordination across all teams (creative, paid media, CRM, data, and sales).
Main Responsibilities
Receive, interpret, and execute the strategic guidelines defined by the CMO.
Define the strategy for infoproducts.
Design the end-to-end campaign funnel architecture (awareness conversion retention LTV).
Coordinate with creative teams to define concepts, key messages, and CTAs.
Align with Paid Media and Performance teams on campaign setup, tracking, pixel implementation, and audience optimization.
Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure proper lead flow and nurturing through to conversion.
Connect with the sales team to guarantee that the generated pipeline is high-quality and measurable.
Oversee that all touchpoints along the customer journey are integrated and meet business objectives.
Monitor funnel metrics, generating insights to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements
57 years of experience in strategic marketing, infoproducts, growth marketing, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of integrated campaigns (paid, organic, social, CRM, email, sales).
Ability to design a complete journeyfrom awareness to LTVunderstanding how all areas connect.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical and business-oriented mindset, with both creative and performance perspectives.
High organizational, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic environments.
