Wellfit is looking for an exceptional Head of Martial Arts to lead the commercial, operational, and technical performance of our Martial Arts department. This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the UAE's leading fitness and wellness brands while creating an outstanding experience for both junior and adult members.
What You'll Do
As our Head of Martial Arts, you will:
- Lead and grow Wellfit's Martial Arts programmes across adults and juniors
- Drive enrolment, retention, utilisation, and revenue performance
- Design and enhance curriculum pathways, grading systems, and coaching standards
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing coaching team
- Oversee competitions, camps, workshops, and community events
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and member experience
- Act as Wellfit's technical authority and ambassador within the Martial Arts community
We're Looking For
- Recognised Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt from a verifiable lineage
- 10+ years of Martial Arts coaching experience
- 5+ years leading coaches, academies, gyms, or similar programmes
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth and retention
- Proven ability to build teams, develop talent, and create exceptional member experiences
