Marvel International School is seeking an experienced, innovative, and inspiring Head of Mathematics to lead our Mathematics Department and foster a love for learning through an engaging and challenging curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum across all key stages.
Mentor and support Maths teachers in planning, teaching, and assessment.
Analyze student progress data to ensure high academic achievement.
Promote a positive learning environment that encourages problem-solving and critical thinking.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align teaching strategies with the school's vision and standards.
Organize Maths-related events, competitions, and enrichment activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
Experience teaching within the British curriculum.
Proven leadership experience in a similar role within an international or British school.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for inspiring students to achieve excellence and confidence in Mathematics.
