We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Maths, located in Doha, Qatar. As the Head of the Maths department, you will play a crucial role in the success of our school by providing strategic leadership and fostering a nurturing learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational strategies and programs tailored to the Maths curriculum.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other relevant departments to ensure effective delivery of the primary school program.
- Analyse educational data to assess student progress and inform improvements.
- Communicate with parents and stakeholders to ensure a supportive and engaging educational experience for junior students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (British/UK Qualified Only).
- Proven experience in educational leadership and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Day-to-day
- Conduct regular assessments of the junior school program and educational outcomes.
- Communicate with teaching staff, parents, and stakeholders regarding student progress and school initiatives.
- Analyse educational data to inform instructional strategies and student support.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and relevant departments to achieve educational goals for the Maths departmentl.
