TSL are hiring on behalf of a leading engineering and contracting solutions provider with a strong presence across the UAE. For over four decades, this organization has delivered end-to-end EPC services for some of the region's most critical oil & gas and energy projects. Their expertise spans engineering design, procurement, construction, and electrical & instrumentation solutions, ensuring reliable and innovative project execution for major clients in the sector.

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Projects Head to act as the final Technical Authority for all Mechanical systems within major Oil & Gas projects. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for technical compliance, construction execution, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the ultimate technical decision-maker for all Mechanical matters
• Govern execution standards for Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, Piping & Pipelines, Steel Structures, HVAC, and specialized mechanical packages
• Drive constructability reviews, pre-commissioning efficiency, and ensure right-first-time functionality
• Oversee site execution quality, welding standards, alignment, and inspection regimes
• Champion Lean practices and continuous improvement for accelerated delivery
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and international Mechanical & Piping codes

Experienced Required

• 2022 years of Mechanical experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects (Middle East preferred)
• Proven expertise in brownfield environments, including Tie-In and Hot Tap procedures
• Strong leadership in managing Mechanical Project Managers and enforcing technical governance
• Deep knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), hydrotesting, NDT, and commissioning strategies

• Indicative salary range: AED 30K-40K (inclusive of HRA and other allowance)
