Job Description:
The Head of Medical Affairs – Physician Engagement & Industry Scientific Relations will play a critical leadership role in spearheading initiatives that bridge the gap between clinical practices and industry advancements. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in medical affairs, including direct involvement in industry scientific relations and physician engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaborations with clinical, marketing, and regulatory departments.
- Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology landscape, including understanding of the drug development process and commercialization strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing innovative educational programs tailored for healthcare professionals and stakeholders, ensuring maximized scientific impact.
- Strong relationships with thought leaders and key opinion leaders in relevant therapeutic areas, with the capability to foster and expand these networks effectively.
- Proficiency in regulatory and compliance standards governing medical affairs activities to ensure adherence and ethical practice.
