Head of Middle East - Riyadh (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading UK professional body, is hiring a Head of Middle East to lead regional growth across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver regional strategy to grow presence, membership and revenue
• Build partnerships with employers, government, regulators and universities
• Manage key accounts and C-suite relationships
• Represent the organisation at events and official meetings
• Manage budgets, KPIs and revenue targets
• Act as General Manager of the Saudi branch office

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Significant business development, partnerships or regional management experience
• Strong Saudi market knowledge; UAE or wider Middle East experience
• Proven B2B or consultative sales experience
• Established regional network
• Strong commercial awareness, budget and revenue experience

Desirable
• Professional body, actuarial, insurance or financial services background
• Government, regulator or board/committee experience

Offer
Permanent, hybrid role in Riyadh. £60,000 per year.
