Head of Network And Telecommunications Operations - Emiratisation

* Lead the delivery and continuous optimization of network and telecom services, ensuring high availability and security.

* Oversee vendor and contract management, including SLA monitoring, procurement, and compliance with telecom agreements.

* Ensure network and telecom infrastructure aligns with business continuity and disaster recovery requirements, as well as cybersecurity policies.

* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, ensuring alignment on service expectations and delivery.

* Monitor service performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in network reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

* Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or PMP are preferred.

* Proven experience in leading network and telecom operations across complex, multi-entity environments.

* Strong expertise in MPLS, SDWAN, SASE, VPNs, Cloud Networking, WiFi, and telephony systems.

* Demonstrated success in vendor and contract management within telecom or IT operations.

* Deep understanding of BCP/DR frameworks and cybersecurity compliance.

* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, ideally within a government or public sector context.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous service improvement.
