As the Head of Network & Partnership in EMEA, you will spearhead our procurement activities with our network partners in the region. You will be responsible for monitoring the volume trends and hitting the volume targets of the key markets. You will also oversee the activities of the network management team members across the globe and act as their team leader. Key Role Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted & resourceful contact for DT One's key telco, billers and digital gift card partners in EMEA
  • Coordinate and lead the global network management team for regular monitoring, analysis and reporting of key performance metrics, and guide them for strategic initiatives
  • Develop creative and financially meaningful partnership models with our network partners
  • Develop and drive our network partner strategy to support our regional sales teams
  • Lead small- and large-scale deals and projects with our partners, working cross-functionally within DT One to ensure we enrich our product portfolio and optimize our costs
  • Help the customer support team execute the QoS KPIs with our suppliers, and our pricing team to have accurate and optimum costs for maintaining a healthy business
  • Supervise end-to-end service delivery and ensure all contractual commitments are met. Work with the network partners to amend and approve changes as necessary
  • Act as an advisor, with deep industry and market expertise, to the sales team to support achieving DT One's sales targets
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication and cooperation with customer support, pricing, provisioning, marketing, and sales teams
  • Onboard new network partners or products based on market trends or our customer demand that are supported by business cases and forecasts
  • Support direct sales activities with Telcos in the EMEA region

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales and/or procurement experience with a proven track record in delivering new business
  • Experience with network management in a mobile top-up or international remittance and payments business is a plus
  • Experience working in, selling or having business relationships with Telco and digital service providers across EMEA
  • Experience interacting and negotiating with C-level decision makers to navigate complex deals and understand legal language, facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to forming strategic partnerships
  • In-depth market knowledge to spot opportunities and build out a compelling proposition that offers mutual value
  • A strong balance of both strategic planning and an active hands-on approach
  • Can-do attitude, entrepreneurial drive, and focus on problem-solving with a high level of energy in a fast-paced, global, complex and geographically diverse company
  • Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data analysis experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Willing to travel
