UXBERT Labs is a Riyadh-based consultancy specializing in UX, CX, UI, and digital transformation, now
expanding into AI transformation across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. We have built a strong technical and
creative bench, with a growing portfolio of enterprise and government clients. Vision 2030 has placed us
at the center of some of the most ambitious digital and AI programs in the region. Our next chapter is
beyond services - building our own products, IP, and recurring revenue streams.
The role
This is a builder's job, not a manager's job.
You will sit inside UXBERT Labs but think like a founder. You will identify product and service
opportunities we are uniquely positioned to win, validate them against real market demand, build them,
fund them, and operate them until each one is a self-standing revenue stream. You report to the
General Manager/CEO, work closely with our technical and AI teams, and own a ventures P&L.
This is not a sales role. Our sales team sells existing services. You build what does not exist yet.
What you will own
- Opportunity hunting: systematic scanning of market gaps across AI, digital, CX, enterprise, and
public sector. Generate an opportunity pipeline, not a pitch deck.
- Ideation and validation: turn opportunities into productized concepts. Design business models,
validate demand with real customers, and kill bad ideas fast.
- Venture build : launch new products or new service lines. Work with our existing delivery, tech,
and AI teams to build MVPs and first commercial versions.
- P&L ownership: every venture has a P&L. You own it from zero revenue to scale. Targets are real
and bonus is tied to them.
- Fundraising: raise growth capital, strategic investment, or spin-out funding against the ventures
you build. Lead investor conversations end to end.
- Operations and team building: once a venture is funded, build the team to run it. Hire, structure,
set up the operating cadence, hand it off or continue running it depending on stage.
- Portfolio thinking:manage the venture pipeline like a builder, not a gambler. Know when to
double down and when to kill.
Requirements
Must-have experience
- 10+ years combined across entrepreneurship, venture building, or intrapreneurship
- At least one venture you built from zero to meaningful revenue and can walk us through exactly
what happened, good or bad.
- Led or materially contributed to at least one successful fundraise (seed, Series A, or strategic)
- Real operational experience - you have built and run a team, not just pitched one
- Strong product sense - you know how to take an idea, validate it with customers, and ship a v1
- Fluent English and executive-level comfort in Arabic business environments
Nice-to-haves
- Experience inside a venture studio, accelerator, or corporate ventures arm (BCG Digital
Ventures, Antler, Founders Factory, Accenture Ventures, Hub71, MiSK Accelerator, or similar).
- Repeat founder or serial venture builder
- Network in MENA VC, PIF-linked funds, or regional strategic investors
- Background in AI, SaaS, or digital products
