Strategy and Business Development
- Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the bank's Open Finance Division, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
P&L and Commercial Focus
- Take full ownership of the division's P&L, driving revenue generation, cost optimisation, and profitability.
Product and Technology Management
- Oversee the creation, management, and delivery of APIs, microservices, and other Open Finance offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and are market-ready.
Market Engagement and Partnerships
- Establish strong relationships with FinTechs, NBFIs, and other potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning the bank's offerings to meet those requirements.
Scaling and Growth
- Scale the Open Finance business line by expanding the product portfolio, increasing client adoption, and driving operational efficiency.
Team and Stakeholder Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Open Finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements
- Visionary leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Open Finance ecosystem, including APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing a business line with full P&L responsibility.
- Familiarity with FinTechs, NBFIs, and other B2B clients leveraging Open Finance solutions.
- Experience collaborating with IT and digital teams to deliver scalable platforms and services.
- Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills.
- 12+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in BaaS, Open Banking, or similar domains.
- Strong background in both business development and technology delivery, with a focus on commercialisation.
- Solid understanding of banking and financial services industry, including regulatory frameworks and trends.
