Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and ability to design and implement efficient workflows.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Team Management and demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to allocate resources effectively and meet organizational goals.
  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • must have experience in SAAS , FINTECH OR F&B TECH
