Head of Operations/General Manager - Hospitality

General Manager, Operations Led Services Business, UAE

Lead a large scale, 24/7 operation across more than 200 sites in the UAE. This is a senior, commercially accountable seat for an operator who thrives on scale, people and performance.

About the role

Our client is a fast growing UAE business delivering round the clock services across a wide network of locations. They are looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of operations and the profit and loss of the business, leading a multi layered organisation and acting as the senior face of the company with clients.

What you will do

• Own the profit and loss, driving margin, cost control and sustainable growth
• Lead 24/7 operations across 200 plus sites, ensuring consistent service delivery
• Direct manpower planning, duty rosters and staff allocation across the full network
• Lead and develop a multi layered structure including operations managers, area managers, cluster managers, supervisors, location managers and drivers
• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings, reviews and escalation management
• Drive performance against key indicators including client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
• Represent the company and the management team with clients, partners and stakeholders

What you bring

• A proven background as a General Manager, Director of Operations or Head of Operations
• A hospitality background is a strong advantage, particularly hotel general management or senior hotel operations
• Demonstrated experience managing large, distributed, shift based workforces in a 24/7 environment
• Strong commercial acumen and full profit and loss accountability
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, client facing presence
• Previous UAE experience is essential
• A valid UAE driving licence is essential
