Job Description

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots, and operations across six countries.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Head of Operations to lead and optimize our global operations, build scalable systems, and turn the company's strategic vision into measurable results.

You'll play a key role in shaping the company's strategic development, supporting market expansion, and maintaining strong communication with strategic partners and stakeholders.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, lead department heads, and implement data-backed processes that enable efficiency, transparency, and growth.

Additionally, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting key strategic initiatives, setting operational KPIs, OKRs and driving company-wide execution across markets.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Design and implement business strategies, structures, and operational systems aligned with the company's long-term vision.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, defining and executing company-wide priorities and measurable KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement operational strategies that drive growth, market expansion, and product excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations and lead department heads to ensure alignment, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Establish and drive a company-wide OKR framework to ensure measurable outcomes, transparency, and alignment across all teams.

Market Expansion & Partnerships
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies to support business objectives and expansion efforts.
  • Partnership Growth: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance the company's growth and operational excellence.
  • Expansion: Support international expansion initiatives including opening new offices, partnerships etc.

Business Performance & Process Optimization
  • Drive operational excellence by developing, optimizing, and documenting core processes across departments (Ops, HR, Finance, Product, Compliance, etc.).
  • Introduce and monitor data-driven performance metrics and dashboards to track efficiency, profitability, and goal achievement.
  • Implement automation and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual operations.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure seamless business operations.

Financial Management & Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Finance team to plan budgets, forecast growth, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor financial performance, margins, and ROI on operational initiatives.
  • Identify and execute cost-optimization opportunities without compromising quality or productivity.

People Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.
  • Build strong communication channels across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.
  • Support HR in developing performance management systems, learning frameworks, and scaling organizational culture.

Compliance & Risk
  • Identify and manage potential risks to keep operations running smoothly and ensure steady business growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in senior operational or strategic leadership roles (Operations Director, Head of Operations, COO, or similar).
  • Proven success in building scalable business operations and leading cross-functional teams in fast-growing international companies.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, market expansion, and business scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, monitor competitors, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and ROI tracking for operational initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in process optimization, automation, and implementation of performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with modern business tools Asana, Notion, Miro, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, make informed decisions, and maintain focus in fast-changing environments.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have:

  • Background in iGaming, fintech, or product-driven startups.
  • Experience launching new markets or business units from scratch.
