Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Summary
Lead and oversee URBIX's interior finishing and fit-out operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the required quality standards while achieving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Area Managers and Project Managers across all projects.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, risks, and operational KPIs.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Technical Office, Finance, HR, QA/QC, and HSE.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical, and contractual requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage client and key stakeholder relationships.
- Support P&L management and overall business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; MBA/Master's is a plus.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a senior operations role.
- Strong experience in interior finishing and fit-out projects.
- Experience managing large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, subcontractor management, cost control, and P&L.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project/Primavera; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
