Aspire is hiring on behalf of a luxury shopfitting contractor for a Head of Operations, leading their Saudi Operations team.
We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to take the lead at a state-of-the-art facility in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance across Joinery, Fit-Out, Logistics, Quality Control, and Procurement, ensuring that all functions run seamlessly and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the day-to-day management and administration of the Joinery & Fit-Out division.
- Drive productivity, achieve financial targets, and ensure key operational KPIs are met.
- Coordinate between clients, project sites, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee materials, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and report on cost plans to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with 10+ years of experience in Joinery and Fit-Out.
- A proven leader with experience managing large teams and operations.
- Deep understanding of the luxury fit-out sector and experience in managing big joinery operations.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Familiar with tools/software for production planning and supply chain management.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
- Candidates with local experience in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain are strongly preferred.
