They specialize in forex, CFDs, and multi-asset trading, and are looking to expand their team in areas like broker network management, business development, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture relationships with executing brokers to ensure effective market coverage and strategic alignment.
- Source, evaluate, and integrate new brokers into existing and emerging markets according to organizational priorities.
- Track and assess broker performance to enhance order execution and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain detailed records of fees and charges associated with all brokers and custodians.
- Act as the escalation point for resolving complex issues with brokers and custodians.
- Coordinate system enhancements to accurately capture market and product-related costs.
- Deliver comprehensive cost-benefit insights to management to support informed decision-making.
