Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Head of Partnerships. The role involves developing and managing strong business relationships, identifying and securing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating collaborative opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to analyze partnership opportunities, build communication strategies, and align partnerships with the company's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorship sales, or strategic alliances (agency, brand, platform, media, or events).
- Proven ability to originate, negotiate, and close partnership deals end-to-end (from outreach to signed agreements).
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets, with clear examples of partnerships secured and business impact delivered.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management across senior levels (CMO, Partnerships Director, GM, Heads of Marketing, and (where relevant) government/tourism decision-makers).
- Excellent commercial skills: proposal writing, packaging, pricing, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
- Strong understanding of marketing partnerships (co-marketing, content partnerships, platform partnerships, ecosystem deals).
- Ability to manage a partnership pipeline using CRM tools with clean reporting, forecasting, and accountability.
- Experience working with event sponsors and partners (sponsorship packages, deliverables, and fulfillment).
- Experience in content creator marketing / creator economy partnerships (working with creators, talent networks, creator platforms, or influencer-led campaigns).
- Existing network across MENA in relevant sectors (tech, creator economy, media, tourism, education, finance).
