Job Description

Position Summary

The Head of People & Culture leads daily HR operations while partnering closely with business to identify challenges and drive people-focused solutions. The role fosters growth opportunities that align talent development with business success. It also oversees the design and execution of core HR policies and programs across Employee Relations, Health & Wellbeing, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Onboarding Champion a values-driven, inclusive culture by adapting and delivering onboarding experiences and cultural initiatives that foster a culture of high growth and high performance
  • Recruitment & Talent Density Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align hiring with priority workforce needs, ensuring timely recruitment of high-density, high-impact talent across Egypt, KSA, Bahrain, and Qatar.
  • Internal Communication & Training Lead timely communication on benefits, and policy updates, while facilitating staff meetings and training sessions to build awareness and alignment.
  • Benefits & Market Competitiveness Administers employee benefits while monitoring market trends to maintain a competitive edge in talent attraction and retention.
  • HR Advisory & Conflict Resolution Counsels managers and staff on disciplinary actions, terminations, job transfers, and interpersonal challenges, fostering fair and consistent practices.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance Serves as a subject matter expert on labor laws across markets, ensuring full compliance in documentation, policy interpretation, and sensitive personnel matters.
  • Payroll & Financial Alignment Manages payroll across countries in compliance with local tax regulations, partnering with Finance for audits and accuracy.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1015 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in strategic HR business partnering and stakeholder influence
  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of driving engagement and results
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills rooted in clarity and empathy
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to lead effectively across diverse environments
